This month, we’re excited to provide you with a special edition of the Project 50 Political Newsletter. The focus of this newsletter is the important work of REPRO Rising Virginia. They shared this message with us:
“In November, Virginians will vote in a critical election that will determine the balance of power in the House of Delegates and set the stage for a constitutional amendment on reproductive freedom. REPRO Rising Virginia is launching a campaign that combines deep canvassing, digital persuasion, and targeted contributions to ensure that reproductive rights champions have the resources and support they need to win. We are focusing on districts where the margins are closest — and where a few hundred votes can change the outcome. Our program is designed to engage voters in honest, values-based conversations, educate the public on the stakes of the amendment, and deliver the resources that candidates need to compete and win.”
REPRO Rising has identified several key target races that you should know about. These candidates are reproductive rights champions and are prepared to protect abortion rights in the last abortion access point in the South. If you’re able, please consider contributing directly to the candidates or to REPRO Rising.
As always, thank you for standing with us and fighting for access in every state.
