Project 50 is fighting to re-establish abortion access in every state.

Our growing reach

We’ve already achieved significant progress in Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma, and South Carolina, and we’re not stopping there. Look for us in more states through 2025 and 2026!

Our support is tailored to the needs of each state.

Whether you represent a state or local advocacy organization or are just one person who believes everyone should be able to chart their reproductive future, we can help.

How your donations advance choice

Project 50’s small-but-expert team maximizes the impact of your support by directing every possible dollar to trusted state partners who are working on the frontlines in states where abortion is banned or severely restricted.

These state-based pro-choice political organizations are themselves young, lean, and focused 365 days a year on building political power to protect abortion healthcare.

$10,000

Direct contact with 2.8k+ voters

Every $10,000 Project 50 invested in the 2024 election funded direct contact with over 2,800 pro-choice voters. As a result, pro-choice candidates were elected in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.

$3,000

Educational initiatives

$3,000 enabled one of Project 50’s state partners to accelerate the growth of their new reproductive rights-focused voter education initiative with a communication plan and website.

$1,000

Campaign strategy

$1,000 funded a staff member from one of Project 50’s state partners to attend a national campaigns and elections bootcamp in Washington DC to develop strategies to defeat abortion healthcare opponents in the 2026 elections.

$3.50

Communication with 1 voter

It costs just $3.50 to communicate with a voter in a Project 50 partner state.

Goal for 2025
$860,000

to fund partnerships and grants

Every dollar moves choice forward.

Looking forward, in 2025-2026, Project 50 is providing grants for up to $10,000 each to independent reproductive rights-focused political organizations to implement specific electoral strategies in order to elect pro-choice leaders in their state.

Project 50 wins

Without [this kind of work], I am confident we would not be where we are in Illinois, an island of abortion accessibility, a haven for so many women in need of care… The time to expand this strategy beyond Illinois is now.

By standing alongside local leaders, we're building long-term, sustainable infrastructure to secure and defend reproductive freedom for all in states that too often go overlooked by national investment."

Project 50’s efforts in my race emboldened women to proactively speak freely and to share what they were thinking — that we desperately need access to abortion care restored in our state.”
