Jesse Ward is an accomplished operations professional with over a decade of experience building scalable systems, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across political campaigns, nonprofit organizations, and advocacy groups.
As Operations Support Manager at Project 50, Jesse facilitates day-to-day operations to ensure organizational quality, efficiency, and consistency. They oversee program, financial, HR, and compliance functions, working directly with external vendor partners to streamline systems and enhance Project 50's impact and sustainability. Jesse manages everything from annual budgeting and financial reporting to vendor relationships and compliance tracking.
Prior to joining Project 50, Jesse served as Deputy Director of Recruitment at Shawmut Services LLC, where they managed a team of 55+ staff members and oversaw the hiring of more than 10,000 canvassers using data-driven recruitment metrics. Before that, they were an Account Manager at ActBlue, where they managed multi-million-dollar U.S. Senate and U.S. House accounts and spearheaded partnerships with nonprofit organizations across the Midwest.
Jesse holds a Master’s in Public Administration from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA and a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA.
