Project 50 hosted a reception on Martha's Vineyard, welcoming 50 guests to the West Chop home of Diane and Paul Reilly for the organization's second annual event on the island. The gathering was co-hosted by Andre Koester, Susan Lucas, Diane Reilly, Sandy Sedacca, and May Wall, and featured remarks from Project 50 Executive Director Bryan Howard and Political Director Marlou Svenson on the organization's work supporting state partners in Arkansas, Indiana, and Oklahoma.
Special guest Liane Hulka, Co-Founder and Board Chair of Indiana's Our Choice Coalition (now Indiana Reproductive Freedom PAC), traveled from Indianapolis to share how her organization is building political power for reproductive rights in one of the Midwest's most challenging states for abortion access. Guests heard how Project 50 and its state partners are working to recruit, elect, and hold accountable leaders who will protect reproductive freedom, and left with a renewed call to support the fight for abortion access in all 50 states.
